NUTRITION PLANS
You can trust the nutrition plans that our trainers will craft for you because we rely on science and experience. The Muscle Clinic was founded by Dr. Jason Schottel who earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences at Wilmington University, and each of our trainers are certified personal trainers who understand what it takes to attain a healthy body that not only looks good but also feels and works great.
TRAIN HERE
We spend the first 90 days deconstructing the bad that you may have done to your body in the past and the next 9 months rebuilding a foundation of health, nutrition, and fitness that sets you up for successful results. Whether you’re 25 or 75, already built or just beginning, our only prerequisite on this health journey is your commitment.
GYM MEMBERSHIP
Get access to our private gym to continue your health journey after completing our programs or to simply get access to an environment and culture that is serious about health and fitness. Our gym is a judgment-free safe space for all people committed to improving their bodies, but purposely limited to ensure a quality-focused culture.
